IEEE Multi-conference on Natural and Engineering Sciences for Sahel’s Sustainable Development (MNE3SD)

CALL FOR SHORT PAPERS
We invite PhD students to submit original short papers, which will be presented as posters at the conference.
Short papers provide an opportunity to describe significant novel work in progress or research that is best communicated in an interactive or graphical format. Compared to full papers, their contribution may be narrower in scope, be applied to a narrower set of application domains, or have weaker empirical support than that expected for a full paper. Submissions likely to generate discussions in new and emerging areas of Big Data, IoT, AI, Blockchains, Energy and applied Physics for sustainable development are especially
encouraged.
Submissions will be peer-reviewed, and accepted short papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

All deadlines are at 11:59 pm GMT.

• Short papers submission deadline: September 30, 2021
  
• Papers acceptance notifications: December 30, 2021
  
• Camera ready submission deadline: January 15, 2022
  
• Conference start: February 24, 2022

Authors are required to submit fully formatted short papers (PDF), with graphs, images, and other special
areas arranged as intended for the final publication.
Short papers should be written in English conforming to the IEEE standard conference format (two-column,
10 pt font, etc., including figures, tables, and references).
Short papers must be at most 4 pages (including figures, appendices, etc.) in length + unrestricted space for
references.
Each accepted short paper must be presented as a poster at the conference by one of the co-authors or a third
party, otherwise it will not be indexed and archived through IEEE Xplore. Accepted and presented short papers
will be published in the conference proceedings and presented for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Only timely submissions through EDAS at https://edas.info/N28890 will be accepted.
